Stencil paper processing

The printer shown in the video has been selected due to the ease of paper handling, and quality of impression produced. No specific software is required, which means that the customer can use whichever package they are comfortable with and it easily integrates into existing systems. This enables the printing of any information or designs which can be generated through many available software packages, such as serial numbering, text set on a curve, company logos & Data Matrix codes.

Provided the printer head mechanism is kept clean, the results are very consistant. The video shows the stencil paper being relieved from the backing just before printing in order to ensure that the stencil paper is not partially adhered to the backing sheet, since this may cause creasing of the stencil paper.

No physical modification is required to the printer and there is no need for any special paper guide assembly.
