Project: To design, manufacture and install a laser marking system to mark a diverse range of stainless steel filtration parts.

Working together with our customer from conception through to final factory inspection and commissioning, the complete installation was tailored to our client’s specific requirements.

The laser system included 3 axis control to rotate the parts to the correct position and allow the laser resonator to travel the full length of the parts, some of which are 400mm in length. This allows the items to be marked in various areas along the entire length. In addition, the rotation axis was designed to be inclined at 45° to accommodate conical parts.
