Control Systems

UMC 112

The UMC 112 is suitable for controlling the entire range of Pinmark™ machines.

The controller sends all the marking parameters to the marking head, for example :

Modifiable data such as date, time, batch number, material type etc. is saved and then automatically generated by the control unit.

Various interfaces make it possible to send information to the control system in advance. For example by using a barcode scanner information such as employee and material details can be scanned and then later embossed onto the product in the form of a 2D code.

The UMC 112 can control 2 marking heads simultaneously, this means that as well as separate fields of marking data the heads are also independently  controlled through xyz movement and rotation axis.

UMC Box

The UMC box control unit is basically a UMC eco unit without its own onboard intelligence, it has the same motor control cars as the UMC eco.

Using your own PC or laptop, you can control the UMC box, which in turn then operates the Pinmark machine of your choice.

The UMC box is made from the same high quality components as the other units in the range.
