Dot Peening Equipment
With Dot Peening equipment (also called needle embossing) materials are marked using a carbide tipped tool that is controlled through the use of compressed air application whilst the needle is moved in the X and Y planes to produce the required mark.
The result is a series of individual dots that are punched into the surface of the material.
Characters, digits logos and data matrix™ codes can be created as required
